CPN(UML) chief Madhav Nepal wraps up his week-long India tour that he describes as "extremely successful." Madhav of UML is not Girija Koirla of NC and under normal circumstances he would garner little attention in New Delhi. The Indian leaders basically told Nepal what he wanted to hear from them as opposed to what he would actually hear from them.
