In an interview on KTV lately, Upendra Yadhav, the president of Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum, said that the government did not take any initiations for formal talks during the ultimatum's time that they had given. He also added further that the government has been very very careless and irresponsible to address the Medhasi issue.

According to him, 38 people were killed and more than 500 people badly injured with the state bullets. He questioned, "Is this a complete democracy?"

It's clear the people in authority have not been so serious as they ought to have. If not so, why is this inaction then?

Is this what we fought for in the movements? How long people will have to suffer from strikes and bandhs?

Each and every sector of the state will be affected because of bandhs. "Nepal Bandh" has been a silly Nepali culture. How to get rid of it? Is anybody out there to help?
