NC Meets in Pokhara: Is There Anything Called Change?

The 10th National Convention of Nepali Congress has concluded in Pokhara. No wonder, Girija Prasad Koirla has managed to further reinforce his grip on the party mantle. So what does this imply? One remark suffices: hard core Girija politics will persist. No room for advant garde. The mock party unity will only worsen the national crises.
